Easy to book, reliable operator
Price of flight good for a short notice booking. Response with flight details and confirmation within 1 hour of booking, everything went smoothly.

Option to purchase hold bags at time of booking would be better
The option to purchase hold bags at the time of booking the flights would have been less stressful. I don't mind paying extra for this but didn't like that I had to call up and have them added.

We are very sorry to hear that you've had a less than satisfactory experience with Globehunters. We are constantly trying to improve our systems and I have passed your concern to the relevant departments in charge of website design and IT. I hope that at least we have saved you money on your flight and was satisfied with the 2-hour delivery of your tickets after confirming your booking. I want to thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We are always looking for ways to better our service, and your feedback is an invaluable part of that process. Kind regards, Globehunters

Very good service
Very quick and easy site to use. Received confirmation of tickets within a few hours and was able to logon to British Airways site that evening to reserve seats etc.
