The difficulty accessing your booking occurred because Qatar Airways sends a one-time password (OTP) to the email address attached to the reservation, which in this case was the system-generated email used during ticket issuance. As soon as you informed us, we contacted Masterfare and had the email address updated. This change was completed yesterday, and you are now able to log in to your Qatar Airways booking, select your seats, and request your special meals as needed. We’re glad this has been resolved for you and remain available if you need any further assistance.
