Outage resulted in problems.
When we had an unplanned outage recently, due to high winds etc. We then couldn't get our internet back up and running for a couple of days, which is a major disaster as we work from home. ...

Poor bandwidth&wifi are the weak links, not good value at £49/month
Improve the bandwidth and wifi so the “high speed broadband” stops dropping out, you are only as good as the weakest link in the chain. £49 is not good value for unreliable connection

Fast & reliable service - customer service/issue resolution must be better
I am subscribed to the 900mbps service and the speeds are generally in line with that. Service is good and downtime is minimal - planned maintenance is during late night hours to minimise disruption....
