I can see from our records that your bin was purchased nearly 2 years ago and so unfortunately I am unable to replace under manufacturer warranty. Hi! Thank you for taking to time to leave feedback however I think you may have mistaken GetWheelieBins with another company as we only sell wheelie bins, we do not offer a waste collection service. I do hope, though, that you manage to sort this out with whoever it is that does provide you with this service. All the very best
