Very annoyed as l wasn’t sent a Reno reminder so l took contents cover with another company but without my knowledge a payment was taken from my account which I want a refund

Please do not make autorenewal the default! It's so easy to miss the chance to cancel autorenewal. An email reminder should be quite sufficient to allow renewal if desired.
