Head Office dealt with the issue quickly, efficiently and pleasantly. Experience would not put me off shopping with Gerard again. Excellent customer service

Ordered Navy pearl Cardi but delivered Red!
It would have been nice if I had received the Navy Pearl Cardi as stated above but it was RED!! Very disappointing
