Hi Louise, I'm so sorry to hear this! If you could email support@georganics.com they will be able to help you out with this! Your tracking sates this was delivered on the 16th so I believe this has been delivered to the incorrect address.

Unfortunately, this can happen as we don't use a stabiliser so the mixture can sometimes separate with temperature changes and if the product is banged around in transit. If you mix the paste it should go back to the expected formula, but i will get a new paste sent out to you if this is something you would like.
