When we set up a new customer account for a Rocks TV client we always try to ensure that we explain that it maybe necessary for the customer to call their financial institution from where payment is being made. This is due to International transaction security protocol that lies embedded with some institutions computer systems in order to protect their customers.
This however must not have been explained to you at the time of creating your account and was the cause of you not receiving that order, for which we take responsibility and ownership.

I have never seen gem stones so low in price and I just can't find your stones in my local jewelers. I also love the fact that you put back into the community, you truly care!!!

With regard to your Bi-Colour Citrine I can confirm that it should contain an equal split of white and yellow but if this is not the case then please feel free to return the item to us for a replacement for which we will be more than happy to provide. mostly excellent but due to my hiddenite and moss agate rings and the loss or not taken order of my triple A gold tanzanite ring i dont feel very good right now.
