As a recent new customer I've been delighted with my orders, not just the gems themselves but also the packaging and the prompt delivery. The website is also excellent and easy to navigate.
I no longer trust this company after keep relieving faulty goods. They don't discard them, recut etc... They just waste people's time by passing them onto other people. If it costs too much to send...
