We are sorry to hear that you were so dissatisfied with this item. While we do try to best represent all items, you must keep in mind that we deal in genuine gemstones and therefore all items are going to be different. We had more than one of this particular piece, so the one that you received was clearly not the one used in the photo and the video.
Unfortunately this is a risk which all customers must take when purchasing something which they have not personally hand picked themselves.
We can see the notes on the account, which advise that you declined to return this item to us for inspection, so unfortunately we are unable to offer any sort of resolution at this point.

Some better quality control is required for gemstones. I have now had to return two gems just recently due to damage.

We are sorry to hear that the Cuprite you received was damaged and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you are unhappy with the item, we would recommend returning the item back to us for either a refund, replacement or a credit. If the warehouse deem the item as faulty, we will gladly refund any return postage costs.
