Good service - (packing and delivery).
Although I've had a few good gems, on the whole it is difficult to find gems that are worthy of making into jewellery. Many look different under the studio lights (appear cleaner and brighter than in natural daylight). I guess you get what you pay for.

Thank you for your Feedback on the 0.15ct Apache Demantoid Garnet Gem Box (N). Orders are charged and despatched when an order is closed after midnight, as soon as they are charged, and the warehouse is ready to pack them. This is Monday-Friday, and does not include weekends and Bank Holidays.
This order was placed on December 29th, and despatched on December 30th, and the previous 5 orders were all despatched the day after the order was placed.A delay may sometimes occur if the order cannot be successfully charged, or if the warehouse is especially busy.Unfortunately some delays may occur around Christmas and New Year when Royal Mail have additional Bank Holidays and do not collect for us or deliver to customers.
