A very thorough review of the Haglofs LIM Flex Hood. Thanks so much for taking the time to write it. I've tested this jacket myself and have to concur with your findings. If you are after maximum protection from a soft-shell then there are better options. The beauty of this one is it's performance in milder (sweatier) conditions. It's also comfortable and breathable enough to wear under a hardshell if needs must. I hope you continue to enjoy using it. I was sad to hand my test version back!

The Haglofs Barrier Pro II Belay is a real favourite here at Gear Pest. Gear Pest Gus has one on all the time. Thanks for the ace review.

Thanks for leaving a review about your Mountain King Trail Blaze Poles. These are really light, compact and as they are non adjustable in height they can't be damaged in that department, the downfall of most walking poles.
