Very helpful on the phone
Web site would not connect when I tried to pay. Phoned reservations and all was dealt with quickly and easily. Would use again.

In line with ones I’ve done before
The process is simple but my only concern is should we need to make a minor amendment this will invariably will result in substantial costs

Thank you for your valued feedback. On this occasion, you have booked a non-flexible discounted product for which amendments and cancellations are restricted. However, at Gatwickreservations.com we do always try to make sure there are flexible booking options available. These tend to be a little more expensive but cancellations and amendments are permitted up to 7 days before your arrival date. In addition, you would be offered the opportunity to purchase Cancellation Flexibility for as little as £0.99 allowing cancellation or amendment up to 24 hours before arrival time. If you would like any help or have any questions when making your next booking with us, please don't hesitate to call us directly and one of our customer service team members would be more than happy to help you. We hope you enjoy your trip!

Great company but annoying booking form
It’s a nuisance to put your dates in at the top of the page and again further down

Thank you for your feedback. We only ask you to enter your dates and times once - however, these dates and times are stated again on the booking summary page, so that you can check they are correct before confirming your booking. If you experience any issues or have any queries when making your next booking with us, please don't hesitate to contact us directly and one of our customer service team would be more than happy to assist you. Enjoy your trip!
