We are so sorry that your delivery was delayed. Gardenlines offers a free next working day delivery for Cobra mowers which are delivered direct from Cobra to customers by FedEx. Unfortunately, FedEx do not give a timed delivery slot and it is unfortunate that you were not at home when they tried to deliver your mower. We understand that you rearranged the delivery, but it failed on several occasions. We are aware that some deliveries were adversely impacted by unprecedented flooding due to storm Dennis and Jorge in February.Unfortunately, as we were not made aware that there was a problem with your delivery, we were unable to liaise with Cobra and FedEx to get the issue resolved for you as quickly as possible.We are glad that you were happy with your mower when it finally arrived.
