Good delivery speed, packaging could have been better as the two items were left untied to flop about in the box which had been thrown about during transit. Plants had some minor damage due to this...
Very poor service. No communication other than a confirmation email straight after order. Then an email on the day it should arrive to advise it's just being sent and one item is no longer available....

Very competitive price wise but quality of some plants isn't good. I spent about £100 on plants which is a lot of money for me, most arrived ok but some that didn't look that great are not improving...

I am pleased with the tree and bulbs and the price was good. BUT, I did not realise until after I had ordered that it would take 5-7 days to be despatched and then another 2 days to actually arrive....
