Dear Anthony, please accept our sincere apologies for the driver's attitude. I've received confirmation from the local depot and they have spoken with the driver and confirmed that the driver has offered his apologies. He wasn’t having the best of days and his customer service in hindsight in his own words wasn't ‘very good’. The depot have dealt with him internally and requested that I pass on their apologies to you. Regarding the delivery date, we delivered on the date you manually selected at check out, which was Friday 4th May, please refer to your confirmation email invoice.
