So it has now been over 15 weeks since I first ordered the dresser which was delivered incorrectly and damaged, and over 4 weeks since I reported that it was damaged. A further 2 weeks were taken up with Out There organising collection and 2 more weeks passed and still no refund. I would recommend anyone shopping on this site to be cautious that if things aren't delivered as promised, it will be a battle to get a refund, let alone any kind of level of customer service that would be considered standard elsewhere.
