I'm sorry you felt the need to leave this feedback. This item was listed as out of stock at the time of order, and I believe you purchased it on pre-order. Our partners then advised you that it was out of stock without any confirmed delivery time and offered you a very similar alternative, but you advised that you were prepared to wait for the rectangular base to return to stock. I need to understand more about what you feel has been done wrong and so will separately email you.

I received an email on 14th Feb to say it was out of stock but was expected to be back in stock in 2 weeks time. I was given the option of a different product but I opted to wait for the one I'd actually ordered. Havent had an update since then. Last I heard the product was expected to be back in stock at the beginning of March but 21 days later, no product and no info.
