I ordered a mirror on 01 March to be delivered "within days". Got an email a day or so later saying not in stock but will arrive mid to late march. On 11 April I had to email to chase status....

I'm so sorry about this; you're absolutely right. The item was listed as delivery within approximately 2 weeks, but I understand there were supplier issues that caused some continued delays on this, and you weren't kept informed of this.

I'm really sorry about this. You should have received automated emails and it sounds like the carrier had damaged the item during delivery. We're looking into this and you should receive an email about this directly to try to sort this out for you.
