Difficult to contact via the phone; always answerphone Rarely spoke to the same person, which is frustrating

The team really went above and beyond for me.
The team at Frank Innes Burton really went the extra mile for me, making it easy for me even though I wasn't always on the spot.

Bit expensive but good result.
Generally good, but over estimated sale price to start with, which delayed the sale by approx 3 months. Also, more expensive than other agencies in the region. Staff helpful and friendly.
