Products were ordered and a slight reduction in price was given. However a quote for the gastronome pans, which were queried about at the end of last week has still yet to be e-mailed to me.

Thank you for your feedback, it is appreciated. Shelves and pans are not supplied with blast chillers as standard and there are multiple pan depths available which need to be specified depending on your cooking requirements and the models purchased. I apologise however for the time taken to get the information to you. I will pass this on to my colleagues so this can address this going forward and approved upon.

As you have mentioned, however, these units are commercial blast chillers and designed and built for the rigours of heavy commercial usage. They are also built to Foster's high-quality standards. The models purchased are from the more competitively priced Foster Xtra blast chiller range however as with all Foster units the quality is kept at a high standard in keeping with the brand and as such it does mean they will not always be the cheapest in the marketplace. However, they should serve you well.
We do appreciate your honest appraisal, it helps us develop and feedback this useful information to the factory.
