We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied with our service on this occasion, however, as was previously advised to you, we cannot issue a refund to you for the original shipping costs that you paid with TNT as you substantially devalued the goods from your TNT shipment. Our available courier services are not liable to refund us with the shipping costs for circumstances such as this, therefore, for all of your future shipments, we would strongly advise that you declare a true value, if your local customs office believes the goods have been devalued this will cause delays to your shipments and if you cannot provide evidence of these values when requested the goods can be seized by official or returned to the UK at extra costs. We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
