HI, Many thanks for your feedback, this is very important to us. I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the options for shipping however we do offer shipping to your country via FedEx and UPS. I can see that FedEx would have been the cheapest option for shipping however because you chose DHL as your preferred courier when you submitted your repack request, this would have been the only option when you processed your goods for shipping. I do understand that shipping to your country can be quite expensive, we are working towards offering more economy services in the future however have found that couriers have introduced additional surcharges due to the extra costs they have incurred to combat working through the pandemic and the lack of space on flights for freight. These costs have been passed down to the customer which has increased the overall costs of shipping. I hope that you will consider using our services again in the future and if you find you are unable to see the price for your preferred courier please contact our Customer Services and they will be very happy to assist you.
