I'm sorry that you are unhappy with our services, I see that you have had two successful shipments with us from both the UK and Germany however the latest package you received contained an item that is prohibited for international shipping. Please accept my sincere apologies that we are unable to ship this item internationally, as a company we have an obligation to follow the rules and regulations of our couriers and international law, unfortunately this type of item is prohibited on the courier network. HI, Many thanks for your feedback. I'm pleased to hear that you are overall happy with the service we offer, although the cost of shipping was a little bit more than expected. Due to the current worldwide pandemic, our couriers have added additional surcharges to cover the extra costs they are currently experiencing, this means the price for international shipping is a little higher than it normally would be. Many of the budget services that couriers offer have also been unavailable due to lack of air freight space however shipping is slowly getting back to normal and hopefully more economy services available in the coming months.
