Hi, Many thanks for your feedback. I believe the issue you encountered relates to receiving a parcel being received in a different name to the one registered on your account, for security reasons when a parcel arrives in a different name to the one registered we place this in a holding account until the correct customer contact us to claim their parcel. This is to ensure that we don't allocate a parcel to the incorrect customer. I believe everything is now resolved however if you have any further issues please don't hesitate to get in touch.
