I'm sorry to hear that there has been an issue with the delivery of your shipment, I see that you did contact us at the time of shipping however the shipment was held by the United States Department of Agricultural at that time. Unfortunately when the authorities hold a parcel for inspection this can take some time for them to release the goods for delivery however four months seems a very long time and we should have investigated this further for you.
