Hi, Many thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your first experience with forward2me didn't go as expected. I can see that you did request the packages to be repacked together however due to our warehouse team being very busy, the repack was not completed before you decided to go ahead and ship the goods in the three separate parcels. Once a customer has paid for shipping and the goods are booked for collection I'm afraid that we cannot reverse the details of the shipment and repack after payment. I do understand that it must have been frustrating that your shipment was split up in transit and apologise for any stress this caused you whilst your goods were in transit. I believe that all your goods have now arrived and hope you will use our services again going forward. During peak period we do ask for customers patience with repacking goods, we carry out the repacks in order of receipt to be fair to all our customers however the process can take much longer than usual during this period. I'm sorry to hear that one of your packages has arrived damaged, I know this must be very disappointing for you however I have checked our emails and I don't see that you have reported this to our customer service team for us to investigate.
