We really appreciate your recommendation and are pleased that you are overall happy with the service we offer however we take on board your comments about the repack fee. Please be assured that we do work very hard to make our services as cost effective as possible for our customers and understand that the repack fee does add to the cost of shipping overall. When parcels arrive with us they are stored in our warehouse, after a repack request is submitted the goods need to be picked, the repack completed before the goods are re-stored until the customer is ready for shipping. This process takes a considerable amount of time so we add a minimal fee to cover these costs. However we are working on efficiencies in this area and are hoping to review the whole process in the coming year. Hi, Many thanks for your feedback, I'm pleased to hear that you are overall happy with the service however was disappointed with the choice of courier and that you felt the shipping price was quite high. I see that you have used our Tax free warehouse which is based in Guernsey and is a small island just south of the UK. Being a small island they do have a limited infrastructure meaning that they have one flight in and one flight out per day. Due to this issue at present we are only able to offer a premium fully tracked door to door service with DHL from this address. I do understand that some customers may like a longer period to store their goods to consolidate their goods for shipping however due to the volume of parcels we have coming through our doors, storage is premium and we therefore add a small fee for customers looking to hold parcels longer than the 30 day free period offered. I hope this information helps you understand our service better however I think you once again for your feedback, this is always very important to us to ensure that we offer our customers the best possible service.
