It did it's job. Live chat support is way better than 'bot' chats. The site was not clear on the ability to policy holders ability to create additional insured declarations.
The FLIP program has been great for our small business and the automatic renewal means we don't have a lapse in coverage. Thanks FLIP peeps!

Anytime I have had any questions they are always helpful and polite. I am happy to have signed up for the auto renewal so I never have to worry about it. Also I like that I get emails letting me know...
