With regards to seating, passengers requiring assistance are allocated seats in line with the airline’s operational procedures, and whilst requests can sometimes be accommodated, specific seat assignments unfortunately cannot always be guaranteed. We are glad to hear that the cabin crew were able to assist once onboard.
