Flowers not delivered to right address on right day . No offer of anything extra due to mistake . The flowers redelivered but 4 days late as i was not aware they had gone to wrong address .

Hello I am very sorry to hear this, as per our telephone call, we asked for a delivery postcode, but you were unable to find one, so my colleague kindly helped, and unfortunately, this was the wrong one. The flowers was delivered today and I have been told how lovely they are I like flowers delivered same day and I will use them again I was treated with courtesy very polite friendly and spoke very well
