I paid £ 65.99p for a bunch of flowers which in no way came anywhere close to the images portrayed on the website. Best estimate about of value £ 25. Absolutely disappointed by Senator's response...

Hello John. I am very sorry you feel this way, as discussed via emails, the images seen online are for illustration purposes, it does state in the description Each and every design is one-of-a-kind, created by an artisan florist using the freshest stems available on the day so, whilst your gift will look different to the one pictured, it will still be just as lovely. I spoke with my management team, who confirmed the hand-tied was made to full value, using fresh flowers, in the correct colours, and as a goodwill gesture, we have refunded £15. Totally dissatisfied with value for money product. £ 65.99p for £ 15 worth of flowers. Product did not match even closely with website picture, no WOW effect. Poor response from Company offering £ 15 Best resolution to send free of charge a beautiful bouquet of flowers today to Clive and Sally.
