Many thanks for the feedback Mary and we're glad you enjoyed your trip. Our initial hesitation regarding the tandem was due to the fact that our local supplier had at first inferred this request could not be fulfilled. Only during a follow up phone call with Ally did they confirm a tandem was in fact available. Regarding the itinerary only being provided 10 days prior to departure, our records indicate that your holiday documents was emailed to you 5 weeks prior to your departure date so we were slightly confused by this comment.

We're so sorry that you did not enjoy your cycling holiday on Menorca. We're aware the weather was particularly hot during your trip and this may have been a contributing factor. The cycling route is not known for being busy and it sounds like you may have been a little unlucky in this respect which is regrettable. We take on board your opinion that this tour should be awarded a higher grade and will bear this in mind when considering the feedback from future customers.

Thanks for the review Donna we're so glad you enjoyed your cycling adventure in Puglia. We agree that website elevation charts would be useful for such tours and we're looking at how best to facilitate this.

Thanks for the feedback Pauline. We're sorry you found the the instructions unclear on this trip. Our local supplier reviews them regularly but does admit the lack of landmarks at certain points (lots of lovely old stone walls and olive trees but little else ) does make guidance instructions a little tricky at times. I'm also sorry you had some bike issues and understand our local supplier did offer to replace them but your group elected to use the spares they had available instead.
