Many thanks for the comprehensive feedback Genevieve. The road books are a little weighty to mail out to everyone prior to the trip plus they can be forgotten at home meaning replacements have to be provided locally. Thanks for the info about the e-bike odometers and yes, this is something that is being fixed for future customers.
