Thanks for the lovely review John. The maps and route notes are reviewed at the start of each season so hopefully the issues you experienced will be ironed out then. While we don't like to hear that our guests have got lost, it does happen every now and then and at such times it's nice to know that local assistance is only a phone call away.

Thanks for the review Andrew. Yes, the Primadonna is unique in that she is marketed to non-cyclists as well as cyclists on certain departure dates. Often there's a pretty even mix on board but not always. We agree with you that it's nicer to move on each day and for 2018 the Primadonna's itinerary has been changed to allow this.

Really appreciate your constructive feedback Carole. A couple of other customers have made similar comments about the food so we'll discuss this with the operator for next season. Ally and I actually did the same trip the week after you and only recall a couple of sections on busy roads, the rest were pretty quiet - maybe some weeks are slightly busier than others.
