Thanks Kirsten, we appreciate the feedback. It is possible to reset the odometers and you should have been shown how to do this at the start of the holiday. Did you check with our local bike supplier as he would have happily explained how to do it over the phone?

So glad you enjoyed it Peter and very sorry to read about the bed problem. Had you contacted us about this during your trip I'm sure we could have sorted everything in a jiffy.

Thanks Esther. We're so glad you enjoyed it and had fun despite it being a little harder than you envisaged.

Thanks Joanne, we appreciate the feedback. We have considered mailing the road books but they are quite bulky and this would add cost to the price of the holiday.

Thanks for the useful feedback Peter. We'd love to accommodate everyone in the centre of Trier but sometimes availability - in hotels with safe bike storage - is limited, especially in August. We're glad that you still found the hotel to be good. We agree that e-bikes need to be explained thoroughly and have fed this back to our locals supplier.

Many thanks and sorry to hear you felt the guide was a little disorganised - we are looking into this.

So glad you enjoyed it so much Gillian. Yes, those tiny bike ferries are very quaint and a fun way to swap sides.

Wonderful, we're glad you enjoyed it so much Annabelle.
