When the courier service failed to deliver our flag on time Mary went out of her way to send a replacement by royal mail at no extra cost . She saved the day for our world cup barbeque !

Unfortunately you entered an incomplete address when you placed your order online but our system is unable to determine that the address you entered is not complete. Royal Mail were unable to deliver to you as a result and undeliverable items are returned to us by Royal Mail. Once we had received your correct address we were able to despatch your items to you.
