good service but the distribution agreement means prices in Spain are ridiculously expensive. if you want to sell more the price can't be 230% of what it is in Belfast.

Our pricing is something we are constantly debating, and that will continue, especially with our distribution partners. Your product suggestion is something we can pass on to our design team so they can look at a modification.

This is an unfortunate event, and one that we will be following up with our courier, sincere apologies for that error. In terms of your suggestion, it may be something we could introduce, thank you for your input. It is fantastic that your son has been able to make full use of the GoTo seat, we are delighted when our products help enhance the life experiences of a child.
Regards, The Firefly Team
at Firefly we do what we can to keep you, the customer, happy. If this is the case here, we have done our job. Also, so happy to hear that your daughter has had such a great experience in the Upsee, long may it continue.
Regards, The Firefly Team

thank you for your feedback. It's a shame the GoTo Seat was unsuitable for your son. I hope in the future we will have something that is suitable for your son.
