Customer service is kind and very thorough!
At first my sensor could not sync with my iPhone. After a quick email to customerservice I got a reply. They kept helping me until everything worked the right way.

a company out for the money only
charge people for their pain a yearly charge should not be required we already buy the device and some of us cant use it every month so we buy a whole year only being able to use it like 3 to 4...

The OvuSense App itself is free, the price includes the Sensor and subscription payment for access to the patented algorithm which enables OvuSense to confirm ovulation with 99% accuracy. We do offer a monthly subscription which you can sign up for and cancel at any time, should you wish to stop using your Sensor for any reason. as i have pcos it did not monitor any of my ovulation.

Thank you for your feedback. I have taken a look at your charts in our database and can see that OvuSense was unable to track your cycle properly, as there are large amounts of missing data. In order for the App to predict and confirm ovulation for you, you must wear the Sensor every night (except when you are bleeding or spotting) right up until you receive confirmation of ovulation or your next period arrives.
