I spent nearly a week having to prove to you that you had sent me the incorrect fan. I'm nearly 2 weeks after placing my order and still not in possession of what I ordered.

Hi Andy, thank you for taking the time to submit a review and sorry to hear that the wrong colour fan was delivered. We simply requested photos of the side of the box with the barcode and serial number as this allows us to confirm that the placement of the sticker indicating colour is accurate. After these images were received we organised and provided a return post label the very next day. The returned fan was delivered on Friday afternoon (the 22nd ) and as a result the correct fan was dispatched early last week. After checking the tracking details this would have been delivered to the provided address today.
