Thanks so much for your feedback. We’re really glad to hear you found the ordering process easy and that your fans arrived on time.
We’re sorry to hear there was some confusion regarding the extension rods. We’ve checked our records and can confirm that three items were dispatched being two fans and one separate parcel containing the rods. It’s possible the additional box may have been overlooked during installation.
We’ll reach out to you directly to confirm the delivery details and see what we can do to help clarify things.
Thanks again for your order and for taking the time to share your experience - we really appreciate it!
