There is no customer service! The staff offer no Solutions even though I was more than willing to pay more to achieve a quiet fan in my bathroom.

We’re sorry to hear the fan did not meet your expectations. The published noise level of 36 dB(A) for the Fanco Hybrid 150mm is measured in accordance with ISO 3741:2014 under laboratory conditions, as specified by the manufacturer. We do not independently test these products, and rely on manufacturer-provided data, much like other retailers rely on manufacturer specifications for technical details.
