Need improvement on payment side.
I am using my credit card on other websites and it works. It fails on expedia.co.in payment and no reason is provided. I can ask my bank to check but bank will ask for the error. However...

Service was good, staff was good and food as well.
Complaint:
1) Wi-Fi was not working in Room
2) TV was not working in Room
3) No once came for room cleaning

The app still doesn't have many features that show up at checkout, they may show earlier in the journey. App launch time is pretty bad.

Great experience. Provided extra discount was surprising.
Easy to use, book, navigate. Taxes were shown along with price at home page was best part.
