Getting better.
Some improvements recently. The web site used to freeze easily. Now, it works better.
Overall the interface and search engine both are user friendly, however this a bit confuse when you book the hotel first and cannot add the air ticket afterward. And cannot use the membership price...

Abysmal customer service. I called 6 times and waited for over 15 hours combined to get to an agent. Expedia US couldn’t help - you might as well change your company name in that case.
