The website was helpful and informative. However, I'm still waiting on an Airline to confirm my returning booking. The other Airline was very prompt in confirming my departure booking & itinerary.
Very slack service! Booked online and went to pick up keys to room around 8pm before reception closing hours at 9pm Only to find the manager was at the super market and asked to wait as he would be...

Arrived and toilet had poo in it. The vent I bathroom was that noisy it kept us awake. There was nothing to turn it off run constantly . Bed was hard. Staff were very pleasant.
