No nonsense, easy to use

No nonsense and easy to use. All we did was sign the forms where Etico had highlighted and they did all the rest.

Communication was good. I had a positive outcome which was a bonus. Just a little disappointed they were not prepared to take on a challenge to a decision on one of my claims

Good customer service

They looked into my claims and got me some money back even though it wasn't alot. Easy to phone or email and always ready to help.

Filling paperwork was made easy have other claims pending with them only problem why I rated 4 was very little feedback updates etc as too how everything is going along

Fee's were on high side but the windfall was welcme :-)

No hassle easy as filling our a few forms, well worth the effort folks.
