Very considerate and so helpful. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I thought PPI was just impossible Etico showed me this was not the case.

Did exactly what they said they would

They were great, just seemed to take ages. Letters were very generic and I personal though. Would recommend them to anyone
