Professional and clear.

There were no problems along the way. It did take time but this was expected and I was kept fully informed along the way. Should a similar situation arise I would certainly use them again.

Brilliant to receive extra funds

I received funds that I did not know I was entitled to. It provided a financial cushion which kept me going for a few months and help me support my kids with a few hundred pounds.

Perhaps the amount of the claim did not cover the expenses

It was a very professional service. I haven't given five stars because i have no account of any of the successful claim credited to my bank account.
