i found them lacking in information it took a long time to get answers

they seemed to be rather lacking in suppling information and letting me know what was happening unless I called or sent a e mail I did not receive any information it would have nice to have received...

Very time consuming, poor case management, repeatedly asked the same question. Exorbitant fixed fees destroyed the claim you took more than me. The FCA will be notified
