I note from our records that during your initial conversation with us about this service, when you confirmed to us that you were interested in making a PPI tax claim, we explained to you that we would be completing and submitting documents to HMRC on your behalf which they would in turn process. Having reviewed your file and listened to the telephone calls in question, we are satisfied that our process and fee arrangement was explained to you clearly. This information was also explained in our Terms of Engagement and Fee Agreement which you received in your claims pack and later returned to us, signed. If you were uncertain about this at all, it is explained in our claims pack’s covering letter (and any subsequent letter that we sent you) that you could contact us at any time to discuss any queries you had about the service.
